Accelerated Development was started by Dalip S. Mahal whose experience in the software industry spans multiple industries in companies at all phases of maturity.
Over those varied company sizes Mr. Mahal has worked as a developer and architect, product manager, project manager, engineering manager, and executive. Wide experience and varied perspectives of software development failure has lead to understanding that most projects fail in the requirements phase.
Accelerated Development attempts to help organizations early in the project process implement the key procedures necessary to sharply increase the probability of project success while accelerating their development.
